so we have been eating carbs significantly more for around 10-15k years
whereas even before this time period, we have been eating meaty food for millions of years
so obviously, there should be no problem in going pure carnivore
but since we have been eating carbs for 10k-15k years do u think our guts would have adapted to digesting carbs?
is it high iq, to introduce some carbs in your diet as an indian or just remain completely carnivore
i see a huge population of indians have their guts coming out... probably due to high carb low protein
but is it also high iq to go fully carnivore? is a question i still ask...
gut health is EXTREMELY important
rn i am experimenting with different diets... maximising my lifestyle to heal my gut
