How do you convert a x/10 rating to PSL?
I've heard different people use different ways... for example:
some people divide the vote in x/10 scale by 1.25 ( so 10/10 becomes 8 PSL, 5/10 becomes 4 PSL and so on );
other people subtract 2 ( so 10/10 becomes 8 PSL, 5/10 becomes 3 PSL and so on );
other people use arithmetic proportion using the fact that PSL scale goes up to 8 ( therefore a 10/10 corresponds to 8 PSL ).

Last question: what's the minimum value of PSL scale?

0-8

It’s 1.5 harsher
4 PSL is 5.5/10
5 PSL is 6.5/10 etc

No it’s psl x1.25

4 psl x1.25 = 5/10

4 is average

8psl x1.25 = 10

8psl is max

Really? Isn’t he supposed to be at least 6.8 PSL?

There is no conversion. Because the norm scale isn't standardised, it's just a mess.
they always overrate, they have that in common. but they vary in how much they do it. so you can't treat all normie ratings as one
