Theory about my 2 year insomnia and how i could have solved it.

Basically been trying every single thing in the book and it has gotten worse gradually eventually leading me to start goy medicines that wreck my libido. (Hydroxizineđź–•)

Also 2 years ago i stopped playing football because a severe injury and mainly focused on the gym. Since then i have been doing little to no cardio at all and my cardiovascular health is horrible at the moment. My theory is that maybe just maybe, cardio is the simple solution to my problem. (HIIT) or football/other sport outside the gym.

Jfl because i didnt realize this might be connected earlier so feel free to call me dumb.

I's say it's just getting shit done.
Doing cardio you use your whole body and push your limits.
Going to the gym you lift manmade weights and use some muscle groups, barely anything internal.
In the end it's just about laying in bed and either be exhausted and laying in bed or just laying down after having done nothing, being in need of less sleep.
