for the 9mm sfx contacts, what do i get for pupil diameter and iris diameter?

anyone know?
 
for pupil you can get 4.0, 4.5, or 5.0

for iris diameter you can get 12 mm or 13 mm
 
and obviously get the clear edge jfl
 
how long do those pricey contacts actually last ?
