Fruits have fructose, which is 1.8x sweeter than sucrose (table sugar) it alters how your body breaks down fat

Unlike glucose (which sucrose has 50% of)
It isn’t used for an energy source and helps synthesize fat, because it is metabolized by the liver.

Our bodies are biologically not equipped to digest fructose, and it is basically as poisonous to you as caffeine

You can eat it moderately, but over-consumption as an easy snack is a dumb decision.

There is no such thing.
That's like being semi gay

Do you really fucking care what some subhuman brown creature is saying?
if you see someone say something as retarded as "semi carnivore" you should just completely fucking ignore every word he says.
i am providing advice for the less fortunate

1. Fructose is 1.2 - 1.8 x sweeter (your just high balling it)
2. Fructose can be used as a energy source, what you said is complete bs
3. It only has negative effects when consumed in excess, which is only a modern day problem from artificial sugary drinks like sodas. All the diseases caused by fructose are linked to to high fructose corn syrup not fruits themselves.
4. Our bodies can definitely digest fructose as fruit eaten by our ancestors.
5. This is common knowledge, you are blaming fruits for the damage that processed foods have done.

TLDR: fruits arent harmful unless you eat a shit ton of them which no one does, the negative effects of fructose are from processed foods

What a fucking retard :lul:
Do you really think our bodies have never seen fructose before?

What the fuck are you talking about?
What the fuck am I talking about? Read the fucking thread. Your liver metabolizes fructose. And the fibers in fruit make it even slower to digest, it is basically trash and even more addicting than table sugar, just as caffeine isn’t made for your body, it literally puts your body in a state of fear and has huge withdrawals afterwards. (Caffeine, had to put this here because you can not read for shit JFL)

we have only JUST started biologically adapting to consuming fructose, your liver can physically not digest excess fructose. The point of this thread is to not snack on fructose because

muh fruit healthy muh snack:feelswhy:

That is because most cases of documented negative effects are from high fructose corn syrup used in beverages and other products, you can over consume fructose from fruit. Especially dried fruit.

Also I genuinely can’t tell if you’re retarded I already said fructose metabolizes in your liver, and it isn’t used for energy/broken down for energy/fuel

So you are saying that caffeine is poison because it raises cortisol?

So you are saying that caffeine is poison because it raises cortisol?
Caffeine is a toxin, it makes you release adrenaline, It is a stimulant that affects the central nervous system, the release of adrenaline can trigger a "fight or flight" response in the body, which may increase alertness, heart rate, and blood pressure, caffeine stimulates the release of catecholamines, including adrenaline (also called epinephrine) and norepinephrin.

It is literally the most JEW product out there, to help you be more productive at doing your job. :feelswhy:

This is called "non sequitur". It's true that caffeine releases adrenaline but why the FUCK does it mean caffeine is poisonous JFL?

Chronic stress and adrenaline release can suppress immune function, making the body more vulnerable to infections and illnesses, adrenaline promotes the breakdown of glycogen into glucose, which can lead to elevated blood sugar levels. (as you said raises cortisol)
frequent adrenaline rushes can contribute to anxiety, irritability, and sleep disturbances, hence why your quality of sleep will be dogshit if you drink coffee regularly (people who drink coffee as a diuretic JFL)

if not poison, what do you call that?

A poison is any chemical substance that is harmful or lethal to living organisms

Chronic stress and adrenaline release can suppress immune function
Cool tales from the basement bro except there is overwhelming amount of evidence suggesting caffeine has positive effect on immune system.
You need to drink like 40 cups of coffee in a day to get "chronic stress"

fruit is a pretty shit carbohydrate source if you must eat carbohydrates

if you insist on eating carbs it’s best to only eat starches/glucose/lactose(if tolerable)

Caffeine is a member of the methylxanthine family of drugs, and is the most widely consumed behaviourally active substance in the western world. This article is focused on the impact of caffeine on immune function. In this regard, a number of in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that caffeine modulates both innate and adaptive immune responses. For instance studies indicate that caffeine and its major metabolite paraxanthine suppress neutrophil and monocyte chemotaxis, and also suppress production of the pro-inflammatory cytokine tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha from human blood. Caffeine has also been reported to suppress human lymphocyte function as indicated by reduced T-cell proliferation and impaired production of Th1 (interleukin [IL]-2 and interferon [IFN]-gamma), Th2 (IL-4, IL-5) and Th3 (IL-10) cytokines. Studies also indicate that caffeine suppresses antibody production. The evidence suggests that at least some of the immunomodulatory actions of caffeine are mediated via inhibition of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)-phosphodiesterase (PDE), and consequential increase in intracellular cAMP concentrations. Overall, these studies indicate that caffeine, like other members of the methylxanthine family, is largely anti-inflammatory in nature, and based on the pharmacokinetics of caffeine, we suggest that many of its immunomodulatory effects occur at concentrations that are relevant to normal human consumption. Finally, the potential of caffeine-induced immunomodulation to significantly impact upon health and well-being are discussed.

simple answer for you

It slows down the movement of certain immune cells.
It decreases the production of some proteins that cause inflammation.
It lowers the activity of T-cells, which are important for fighting infections.
It reduces the body's production of antibodies.

:feelswhy:

Ok, so the first link is not a scientific paper and holds as much value as retards from here saying random shit. Second link concludes that coffee is good for immune system so you are proving my point.

ahh yes good for immune system

you are embarassing yourself :feelsuhh:

Complete carnivore is hell if you're in the gym actively and have a active lifestyle

I do 80-85% protein/fat and 10-15% carbs generally
Why are faggots digging up year old threads? @giga_aspie ?
no one is "digging" anything up
:lul:

"semi carnivore" first 3 results

Actual retard you think people in puberty should be on carnivore

Yes why are you searching for random threads you monkey you just made a thread
"Actual retard you think people in puberty should be on carnivore"

Did you even read the fucking thread you normie it was about not over-consuming fructose based foods/fruits

Ok cool man

So my thread has nothing to do with that I adekd why you screenshotted it and tagged me you spastic retard greycel

"Fruit is just as harmful as caffeine",

Obviously retarded as fuck as well. What evidence for you have for this?

What tangible comparison for the difference in bodily harm do you have?

This entire thread was pulled out of your ass

I did not tag you, the guy said "what the fuck is semi-carnivore" and I pressed SEARCH and wrote "semi carnivore" and screenshotted the first three threads I saw with "semi-carnivore" in it, you retard

calling me retarded but just contradicting this whole thread, the whole reason for this thread is u were talking about fruits and ur evidence is based on processed food and u admit that lmao, the only people who are overdosing on fruit are fruitarians literally no one else

also it can be used as energy bro
when it goes to the liver it gets turned into glucose so while fructose doesnt exactly make energy it helps to make glucose whichs gives u energy, so disproven once again

fructose is super good for the liver, and the liver processes endotoxins and excess estrogen, this is the body 101 bro.
