Fruits have fructose, which is 1.8x sweeter than sucrose (table sugar) it alters how your body breaks down fat
Unlike glucose (which sucrose has 50% of)
It isn’t used for an energy source and helps synthesize fat, because it is metabolized by the liver.
Our bodies are biologically not equipped to digest fructose, and it is basically as poisonous to you as caffeine
You can eat it moderately, but over-consumption as an easy snack is a dumb decision.
