Mewing isn't really something you 'do', it's the default way your tongue should be resting if you're breathing normally. I think at most it prevents your bones from detoriating and 'falling' out of place if that makes sense. I've done it since late teens and years later all I think it did was slightly increase my palate width. I've no proof or reference so I might be misremembering. People have known mewing doesn't do shit for almost a decade, it's insane people still have pipe dreams of getting a free bimax from breathing correctly.
