Started religiously training forearms everyday , 4 sets til failure on reverse barbell curls and wrist curls

I did 4 sets of wrist curls once and never did them again and the vein gains stayed. Slept hella. Gotta get back in on forearms.

Not really my forearms were lacking severally so everyday or other day works for me , same as neck , these little muscles recover fast so i make sure to hit it everyday with 1-2 rest in between
 
atleast try and make the angle/lighting the same
