I shower once a day. And I have a middle part so my forehead is pretty revealed. The only thing is I think that I touch my head often. And as I said before I'm using Aco acne cream that I asked at a pharmacy at and they said their pretty good
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twice a day.
- Try not to touch your face or let your hair rest on your forehead too much.
- Use a salicylic acid product a couple of times a week to keep pores clear.
- Stick to oil-free skincare.
- Drink A LOT of water and stop consuming sugary or greasy goyslop foods.
- Keep your hair clean and skip oily hair products.
- Use a spot treatment like benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil for pimples.
- If it’s not improving, see a dermatologist for help.
