Tonight, I’m starting an experiment to try and get a smaller forehead and lower my hairline using three YouTube videos I found. These videos show facial exercises that are supposed to help with this goal, and I decided to give them a shot after seeing some convincing testimonies in the comments.

One of the exercises in these videos involves pressing your palm against your forehead and pushing upward. While this could potentially lift the forehead further (reversing the desired effect), I’ll modify the motion to press downward instead, aligning with my goal of lowering my hairline.
