I am not a medical professional don't take me seriously, these are just schizo ramblings, but I hope they are useful to someone.
considering dht cream is just straight up impossible to get in the US I figured I'd write a guide on it, since a lot of people want to use this for bottom growth once they plateau eventually.
I cannot go into the specifics too much or list sources, but honestly the most important thing to know is that the percentages are 1 gram/100ml = 1%, the most commonly available cream is 2.5% which is andractim, you can get black market formulations which are sketchy and both of these sources don't have good reputations (and tend to rip people off sometimes) but these go up to 10%, and suprisingly have seen some good effects, these are the diktator by aisuperpharma and another one by alphagels (don't recommend either, again their reputation is sketchy)
anyway.
starting out, raw dht powder is nearly impossible to get in the US, this would be the easiest to use, but the only sources I've ever found for it are either sketchy or the quality is poor, if you are able to find them however (don't use purplepandalabs he's also sketchy as fuck) the formulation would be the same as that of stanolone.
to get around this you're best of using stanolone, which is a steroid used to treat breast development and small penis in males, it's about as powerful as dht powder and easier to get, it's usually around 80 euros per 10 grams.
making a cream out of this isn't particularly hard, all you'd need is phlojel and some ethanol, it mixes quite well, and doesn't have issues dissolving, you'd want it to be in the 5-10% range, which means 100ml = 5-10 grams, which would make it equal to tbe most powerful black market creams that cost way more.
there's alternatives to this however, which are masteron and proviron.
the con is that these are not as powerful as either dht or stanolone, but literally just utd (up the dose), and also they're trickier to prepare because they're either gonna come in a pre-prepared injectable formulation, or they don't dissolve all that well.
lets start with masteron, you're most likely only going to find this in an injectable form, this is fine, you can make a topical out of those, I'm not expecting you to be able to source raws, it costs around 25-30 euros for 2 grams (10ml vial)
you can extract masteron by mixing it with 99% isopropyl alcohol, you'd need as much as the oil content of the vial, so 10ml of oil means 10 ml of alcohol, the strength of most formulations is around 200mg/ml so you'd have 2 grams worth.
you'd want to mix this with propylene glycol and isopropyl myristate, with this you'd create a topical, although it won't be a cream, potentially you'd be able to mix it with plo gel instead to do that though, it should be alright as long as it's been dissolved/seperated, that's the only complicated part.
however, masteron does not penetrate that skin that easily, so it might be preferable to add 5% dmso which is a potent penetration enhancer, the problem with this is that some people do not tolerate this very well, although I've used tretinoin dissolved in dmso on my face for years without problems, and also isopropyl alcohol is toxic, so the dmso might cause a bit of it to go systemic, although it should not be much of a problem with the dismal amounts you'd be using for bottom growth anyway.
lastly, if you're unable to find stanolone, and seperating masteron from oil is too complicated, you can use proviron, this is another dht derivative, however it's rather weak, which means literally just dose it higher, the market price for it is around 30 euros for 50 tabs of 25mg.
in terms of strength it's dht raws > stanolone > masteron > proviron.
for this you'd just have to dump the pills (it's usually a pill form) into isopropyl alcohol to make a slurry, then mix that with a thick cream like either phlojel or plo gel, I've read of people using helosan for this.
and that's all the alternative ways to make a topical dht.
last but not least, multiple androgens are constantly fighting over dominance in this area of the body, it might be preferable to use a topical anti-estrogen, these don't exist on the market but they are not that hard to make realistically, I just don't really know how dosing with this works as there's nothing to compare it to.
either way, anastrozole dissolves readily, and absorbs through the skin quite easily,
all you'd have to do is mix the anastrozole with propylene glycol or alcohol and then mix it with PLO gel, again it might be preferable to add dmso to enhance penetration but as I've stated already, some people do not tolerate this well, so if you're going to do that make a small batch of it, add it later, so you don't waste it.
