Don't do this anymore you will get lingually inclined bottom teeth which looks strange up close.

Ill stop and bonesmash my zygos instead. What does that look like for curiosity sake

If you want Zygomatic mass, chewing mastic gum for couple hours of the day can do the same thing but at no risk of uneven development from random hits

I tried chewing once but it gave me tmj for a while

It did for me too, but I just rested it for a few days and did it again but focused hard on chewing as straight up and down movement as possible with little sideways movements if that makes sense.

I had to quit due to tmj too. Sometimes it comes back and i can hear a "crack" in my ears for like 2 days and then it goes away again. Should i try to start chewing with mastic again?

Yea I would. the zygo mass is worth it.
