Forward growth for maxilla is alright, but what about my mandible ? What if my mandible is recessed, how do I fix it and have forward growth in the mandible ?

maybe for maxilla because there are sutures that you can pull but you cant pull nothing in the mandible there is nothing to pull

for your mandible just buy a horse shoe makes sure its wide or fits on your jaw than push from behind that gave me at most 0 cm of growth because that shit doesn't fucking work jfl if you think you can fix mandible bone without surgery your delusional. What would i do is just to use the jaw the best you can like easiest softmax for jaw is eating bone dense nutrient foods and grow TEST for better bones other than that theres bascially nothing maybe bonesmash chin or sneaky fillers.
