Forward growth imitation

What surgical procedures could be used to imitate forward growth? Or at least gain some form of facial depth. I’ve been giving it thought and I would like to get a Lefort 1, fat grafting, and genioplasty. What are some implants that go around the eye area, giving volume in infraorbitals and brow ridge while making the eyes more compact and hooded? If you can find any implants that i describe let me know.
