Okay ive done as much research as i can on this tell me if im wrong

if you're 14 and 19 and you want to achieve forward growth, the first thing you have to do is you need to start fixing your bad habits. When you breathe through your mouth and you don't chew hard foods, and you do all these bad habits, your jaw and your mandible will literally grow in the wrong way, which will leave you recessed in the things that you don't want. the second thing we're gonna do is we're gonna fix your neck posture. We're gonna align your neck so it's over your shoulders and your jaw isn't being hidden from your neck. To fix your forward head posture, there are two exercises you're gonna do. ur gonna do chin tucks and you're gonna do neck curls. The last thing we're gonna do is mechanical stimulus. This is basically just telling your body that we need to adapt.And we're basically forcing your body to adapt to grow in the right way. So we're gonna do two things. you wanna be mewing every single day,
even when you're sleeping (its gonna time some time) the second thing you need to do is you need to start chewing hard foods. You need to eat more meat, such as steak and chicken, and eat real foods that are actually meant to be consumed. keep this in mind
this might take months, this could even take years. It's a slow process. But those Small differences will mean a lot. but dont forget stay consistent be patient,
