What’s the consensus on face pullers? I’m 17 all I really need is some forward growth and I’m set. My brow ridge chin and maxilla re all level so average . I really just want my maxilla to move forward don’t really care if my jaw follows because my natural bite rn my teeth touch but don’t connect( you know how when you bite down there are spaces for your teeth To fit with each other) so my maxilla is a little too recessed for my jaw and to put my teeth in a natural bite I have to move my jaw back like a mm or so.

I'm not sure if I have understood correctly (English is not my first language) but it sounds like you want to move your upper teeth (and the bone surrounding the roots) forward.

In this situation I would go to an orthodontist and ask him/her about it.

Answering to your question, I think a well made maxillary protraction (bone anchored) would work, as you are describing a very small movement. But there might be easier solutions. Ask an orthodontist.

What do you think an orthodontist would say? I never had braces but my teeth aren’t perfect and they are narrow (genetic before anyone called me poor jaw development I ate hella steak as a kid) it just feels like my upper palate/my maxilla should be a little forward, and I’ve felt this before I knew looksmax and what a maxilla was and I honesty don’t even care if it throws off facial harmony because my bite would at least feel normal
