Title, doing some research and everything just suggests I really need to have surgery to get frowards growth of my maxilla, softmaxxes and any peptides cant change the shape. Looking to get a tooth anchored facemask +rme and maybe bamp as well, if I have to. But these surgerys are expensive and risky and the effects be reversed as you age
