A lil update on my post yesterday venting about drinking milk for the first time in years and getting a bad reaction, today I bought a capsule of 80 lactate pills for $27 at rexall and took 1 before i drank some 3.25% whole milk havent been farting crazy or anything
now i can finally get my calcium without frying my stomach
