I am pretty sure it does, i recently had low e2 for 2 months and it destroyed my skin barrier and my hairline receded even on 2.5 mgs of dut daily. I think just having normal levels will keep any damage from occuring. Either way this doesn’t go systemic and its like applying a super moisturizer to your skin.
