Now this time they said 5’6

I also just crashed out on sodium and will be bloated af tomorrow

maybe ur posture? im 6'0.5 ish and my height is always changing lmao, i lock in with posture it goes to like 6'1 nd if i dont its like 6'0. fix ur posture, stop eating sodium, go to sleep early, do anything and save urself
