Foward Growth using Orthodontic Appliances

I am currently switching from Invisalign to braces for a slight overbite. and after that I am wondering how and what appliances like BAMP or Reverse Pull Headgear can give me maxillary advancement. However, if I were to do this it would give me an overbite again so idk. Any1 do this b4 how do I grow my maxilla and lower jaw foward without inhibiting one another?

You can only get Maxillary advancement with palate expanders such as MSE or MSE + MARPE, and yes it can give you an overbite but in most cases it won´t, because the lower part is going to go with the upper one.

Most times MSE widens the upper jaw without significantly changing the overbite, but it does also help with chin projection.

If you use a headgear it will be more than just the MSE/MARPE, I´m not sure but I think it is 1-4mm over several months.
Results depend a lot.

Not really, it is abrasive so the doctor may go against it if you don´t really need it.

Just google when do I need MSE + headgear, and tell your doctor the same symptoms that will appear on the google search,
you need to have a reason for what you´re asking for.

If you are truly recessed he will go for it , but you have to have a recessed maxilla/chin and a narrow palate.

Should i get the headgear after my braces or just stick to marpe plus mse. So I twll them the symptoms like congested breathing or wtvr and suggest the stuff.
