The way his head is tilted to the side is the reason for that

Are you just gonna ignore that both photos align perfectly with 0 fucking change? How hard do you need to cope?

Look at the nasolabial tip for starts, it's perfectly aligned, now look at the chin, it's aligned as well, look at everything and you'll see his side profile didn't change
