Everyone talks about bidelt lenght but actual important thing is bidelt to waist ratio.
Ideal is 1.6+ not more than 1.7 which looks uncanny in womens' eyes.
Now-how to max it
1.SWIMMAX
It's a no brainer,even if you do only that you will have crazy frame.Look at swimmers and how insane builds they have.During winter I swim 4 x week for around 45 mins and now at summer every day for few hours.However not strictly swim during summer but messing around at the beach.
2.TRAIN LATS AND SHOULDERS
This is something I didn't do until few months ago and it wasn't really a problem lol.
For home workout,do all kinds of push ups and pull/chin ups.
In gym do overhead press,lateral/front raises and cable raises.For lats pull ups,cable rows and pulldown.
That's excersises that I know.
3.FIX POSTURE
If you walk like cavemen your frame won't be seen.At beach when u take your shirt off and walk like you lived 3000 years ago no women is gonna look at that.
Learn to stand like a man.Training back can help from what I know.
4.WAIST
If it doesn't take whole town's police to search to find your waist it's not good enough.If you have genetically wide waist it's over I guess.
Lose weight and don't train obliques,for V-line.Also never train traps.
5.WEAR TIGHT SHIRTS
It's 2025,no person under 20% body fat doesn't have a reason to wear baggy.If you have good muscles compresion shirt is also very good but if you have average fuck ass build wear slightly tight shirts.
6.GET RIB FLARE
Yes you read it right,get rib flare.It helps with an illusion for frame because of obliques or something.There is detailed thread about it just search.
I have it naturally and for those who cry about ,,b-but abs'',abs don't matter as much because for 9 months in a year you won't be naked-it's not like you get any pussy.
7.HARDMAXING
It's not needed if you have normalish-wide clavicles genetically but if you don't I heard from @iblamexyz I think that he uses mk because he has narrow.
I would assume test and hgh are good but for that I can't help.
