Only so long as we're talking about normal height ranges (i.e. the minimum to be taken seriously as a man up to 6'5 or whatever). No amount of frame can help you if you're a turbo manlet.

There is a 6'3 ginger brazilian dude at my gym that always tríes to teach me "proper form" he literally looks like this and he is like 180lbs with little muscle and.
Like how tf can he try to teach me about lifting when i am 6'2 220lbs and he is 180-190lbs with little muscle lol
