Frame looks worse in video than mirror?

Whenever I look in the mirror I have pretty good frame. Id say a bit above avg but nothing crazy. Then when I set my phone down and make a video it looks brutally shit, like wtf nigga. Mirror pics make it look worse but not as bad as videos. Is the mirror cope? Am i a mentalcel?

Mirror is obviously more accurate it's common sense
