wide clavicles/ribcage with narrow hips better for movement efficiency and stability, thats why women competing in athletics dont have overly wide hips and have above average shoulder width it makes running more efficient and better at single leg stability so the theory is that by doing exercise, lifting weights, sprinting... will make your body adapt to those conditions and make the frame more accentuate when your body is developing

That’s complete bullshit, they are professional athletes because of their genetically determined build
