Does anyone have a workout routine 4-5 days a week (any split ) w cardio to get the Doritos frame
6.1 , 6.1wingspan trying to add 1or 2 inches if possible .
 
upper/lower or ULPPL or Anterior/Posterior, that is if you 4-5 times is necessary for some reason

You could get better results going 3x a week doing full body tho. Up to you

If you stick with first option, do 3-5 sets per muscle group per workout, if you will do full body - do 2-3 sets per muscle group per workout

How old are you? So i can give you the perfect workout routine
 
I am naw 20 I found a routine but still undatable if u have i'd be thankful :feelsokman:
