These are the methods that i do.its not a cope
If youre a looksmaxxer, then you should know that wolfs law is true.

for those who doesnt know, Wolffs law is a thing in orthopedics that states bones will adapt and strengthen in response to the stress placed upon them. When a bone is subjected to increased load, such as through physical activity or weight-bearing exercises, it undergoes a process called remodeling.

Why do you think swimmers have large rib cage and big clavicles..Copecels will come and say; they do swimming because they’re genetically built for it…but no, that’s just a theory,But what I’m about to explain is real.

Did you noticed something ?

THEIR BODY TYPES ARE ALL THE SAME BECAUSE THEY ALL EXIST IN THE SAME ENVIRONMENT(water) AND PERFORM THE SAME MOVEMENTS..resulting in this appearance

Long collarbone: better for swimming strokes.

Large rib cage: better breathing capacity.

Slim waist: better movement distribution.

Thick neck: balance

Tall height: faster and longer distance swimming.
----------------
But ofcourse this type of body can come from your ancestors such dad>grandpa>Great-grandfather.>Great-great-grandfather>This can go all the way back to the 1200s, even to before Christ.

For example, my grandfather was a swimmer, and he lived in a place close to the sea. What did this lead to? Of course, it helped him adapt to the environment. His genetics passed on to my father. This resulted in my fathers and uncles appearance like this ⬇️
IMG 2301

Left one is my dad and right one is uncle
They have zero muscle mass, but crazy amounts of bone mass resulting in this mogger look.
Also i have that broad shoulder trait too

So,we dont care about genetics atp,i just explained it to you.We want our future children to get mogger frame and bodies

This study explains how bones adapt to mechanical forces, mainly for efficient movement. Three key principles guide this adaptation: it’s driven by dynamic rather than static forces; short periods of mechanical load can trigger bone adaptation; and bones adapt to regular loading, reducing response over time.

Bones are not inert structures within the human body; they continue to change over the course of a lifespan. This process of skeletal change is known as bone remodeling.
So lets explain the methods

1-Swimming: The only thing you should do is swim at least 3x a week for longer than 20 minutes.. if you live near the sea or you can just prefer a swimming pool.Since you won’t be able to swim in the sea or ocean during the winter, you can prefer the pool. Feel your bones while swimming and use your lungs. Believe in the placebo effect.Believe me,you gonna frame mog in several months.

2-My method:You will do this while taking a shower. First, take your normal shower, then turn the water to the coldest setting and stay under it for less than 5 seconds. Your body will switch to fight or flight mode, and you will choose to fight. Then, lift your arm as if you are doing a lateral raise and hold it straight and statically. Imagine you are trying to catch someone you care about who is about to fall off a cliff, and while you are trying to catch them, imagine that something strong is holding your other arm, preventing you from saving the person falling off the cliff. What you will do here is separate your shoulder muscles from your trapezius muscles. So you will act as if you are separating your shoulders from your trapezius. Now, try to catch the person falling off the cliff while standing statically and feeling as if your shoulders are popping out. Then do the same with your other arm. You will feel your shoulders widening. Doing this with one arm takes about 20 seconds. Do it with your other arm as well, then step back and look in the mirror. You may not trust me, but this movement made my shoulders massive. Maybe it was the placebo effect, but that’s how it is. IF ANYONE DOESN’T UNDERSTAND THIS, I CAN MAKE A VIDEO EXPLANATION.

3-Reeves deadlifts.I think that you already know that. Here's the true movement video's

This one is the most true reeves deadlifts form ive ever seen

This is not bad too

4-Hercules holds. You probably know that too(I can do that because my gym is really empty, dont know about yours

Swimming can change your frame only if you are under age of 18 or if you are an adult you must swim your whole life to get some changes

do you know about clavicle pushing? Pretty much just stick your hands in between your knees when sitting and the push under your armpits outwards. It feels good if your shoulder feels stiff especially in the morning

I don't have anything against this but you said "my grandfather swam, so my father and uncles inherited his wide calcivles that he got from swimming"

which implies that swimming somehow permanently altered your grandfather's genetics in a way that got passed down which is outright not how inheritance, genetics and epigenetics work.

And this kinda contradicts your main theory and there was no need to mention it
