So to give some background I’ve been gymcelling for 5 years I’m 17 and my physique is kind of mid. Most important thing for physique is frame. And I’m trying to figure out if exercises that supposedly grow your clavicles and expand your scapula or cope or not.
The exercises:
Reeves deadlifts
Hanging with wide grip
Hercules holds
I’ve been doing these for a couple of months and I just want to know if I’m wasting my time. I plan to hop on HGH soon so I know that will help and is what’s really gonna work.
