I am currently on 500mg of test and 10iu of HGH and right now and Im trying to figure what my workout plan/split should be? I dgaf about my legs Im just trying to framemax and build most amount of muscle efficiently as possible. Because I dont know how many sets I should be doing for a certain muscle group or what workouts I should be doing, etc. Any tips?
 
UL 2 times a week. UL UL and 3 sets of 4-8 with heavy weight.

The most optimal way to build muscle is low volume (1-2 sets 8 reps) heavy weight, because:

high tension -> greater signal -> recruitment of high-threshold motor units -> high hypertrophy potential - > anabolic signaling pathways activate quickly. More reps = more fatigue when 1 set is enough to activate 80%+ of motor units

Yes I use this split. It is really good I like how I can hit all my upper in one day and lower one day. The frequency you hit all the muscles is like REALLY good; so as long as your sleep, and nutrition are on point the gains and strength gain are fucking awesome. The only cons is that it makes you exhasted; Like your CNS will def be fried the first 3 weeks until your body adapts-then its great. But since your on test, and hgh this split will ascend you.

Based off his video should I start off with FB then because I just started actually "lifting" 2 weeks ago and this is my first time on this split?

ur never gonna be consistent enough to make progress if u dont make urself like lifting, at least thats how shit was for me. but to frame max spam lateral raises, youll recover in time to avoid fatigue if ur on what youre saying ur on gear wise. don't shouldermax to the point of looking like a fraud irl like andro tho make sure ur physique is relatively balanced.

I was looking at Dorian’s video you sent me and for the full body eod, should i be alternating workouts or keep the sames ones? And since it’s only 1x set per workout, wouldn’t that not be optimal for muscle growth?

Yeah definitely change them bi monthly. No since your on gear anything is optimal
 


Best lifting content for hypertrophy. Listen to his advice run some of his newbie splits ik he’s a noble natty but no one compares.
 
I just did first Full body today and I wasn’t like super fatigued after doing 1x set for every workout. Should I just do 2x sets instead? Cause after what I did today I feel like I wouldn’t gain “that much muscle” but I could be wrong idk 😂 what do you think?
