Those sock lifts don’t do anything. Barely gives you 2cm at best and they slip out of place. Amnesia tested these before as well and said similar things/had similar results.

Why not use shoe lifts instead? The sock lifts will fall out of place and you’d be constantly adjusting them.

They’re mostly all made from silicone as far as I know. I’ve only tried one pair of sock lifts and they were silicone so truthfully I have no idea but I would assume they’d all have the same issues.
