Aint even fair 2 of my siblings got braces and my parents said something about my teeth will get denied because they arent bad enough

your parents are stupid really.
I have a mild case (just an overjet with no other issues) and I still qualified to get braces. the only way you'd get turned down is if you somehow had naturally perfect teeth, which I assume you don't.
If you have any type of issues at all with your teeth, then you can get braces.
