Okay so it's been over 9 months since I first thought of this idea (original post) but I finally decided to make it since what's the harm. I added most of the basic stuff so it atleast works for now, but all the promised features are coming in the following weeks.

I've spent hundreds of hours on this, it's stable, it's fast, and it's completely free while the community builds

If you opt in to let your photos train the AI (anonymous, no faces stored), you get 100 credit per photo every month. So if you upload 10, that's 10 bucks a month. Not much but still free money.
What's working RIGHT NOW
1. Signup and verification- You register with username, email, gender, age (optional)
- You must upload a photo of yourself (was planning on having people hold up their username written on paper but I'll add it later)
- Email verification (6‑digit code) to prevent bots
- Admin (me + future mods) approves your identity before you can rate or upload
- Rate any photo 1–10 and leave a comment (optional)
- You can't rate your own photos
- Average rating updates in real time
- If a photo has 20+ ratings, any rating that deviates >2.5 from the mean gets flagged for admin review
- Basically there won't be punishments for when sample sizes are small
- Shows top users by average rating
- More filters (gender, age, region) coming soon
- Highest‑rated photo uploaded in the last 7 days wins
- Winner gets a badge (no cash yet, but soon there will).
- Admins can approve/reject identity verification photos
- Review flagged ratings, remove them, or clear flags if it seems legit
- Ban users who consistently ruin the rating curve
- Bio, profile picture (upload or pick from your rated photos).
- Privacy toggles: hide age, hide gender, make profile public/private.
- Optional email notification when someone rates your photo.
- Works on your phone, app coming soon
What's NOT added yet (but will be)
- Credits / payments / premium skipped for now to keep it free.
- AI ratings & AI suggestions: I have the models trained based on subreddits such as truerateme, I just have to integrate it into a unified API layer to make sure interference latency is low
- Target audience filters (show your face only to males/females/both)
- Advanced tournaments (glow up winners, seasonal, judges)
- Regional leaderboards (by country, city, even street. yes, street)
- Custom rating scales (PSL, decile, r/truerateme, or your own autism scale)
- Dating profile ratings (Similar to tinder where there's a gallery)
- Tipping raters (requires credits, so later)

Yeah, that's right, you can actually earn cash just by being active on the site. No, this isn't some crypto bullshit or referral scam, it's real money, PayPal/Crypto, straight to your accountHere's how:
1. Tournament Prizes (Coming in 2 weeks)
Weekly Tournaments are live now (badges only), but cash prizes start next month.- Weekly winner – $50
- Monthly winner – $250

- No minimum votes required yet (but we'll add a floor soon to prevent 1-vote wins).

2. Moderator Positions (Hiring NOW)
I'm paying real money for trustworthy people to keep the site clean. You must first be a user though.| Role | Pay | What you do |

3. Tips from Raters (Coming after credits)
Once credits are live, raters can tip you if they fw your feedback- You leave a detailed rating with best features, worst features, improvement tips
- The photo owner can tip you 1-10 credits
- Credits convert to real money (rate TBD, but likely 100 credits = $1)
- No withdrawal minimum for the first 6 months
4. Affiliate / Referral Program (Coming in 1 month)
Bring new users and get paid.- $0.50 for every verified user you refer (they must upload a photo and get approved).
- $5 bonus if your referral reaches 50 ratings given.
- $20 bonus if your referral wins a tournament.
6. AI Rating & Advice (Coming in 3-4 weeks)
Remember the AI models I trained on r/truerateme data? They're coming.- Free tier: 5 AI ratings per day.
- Paid tier (credits): Unlimited AI ratings + detailed looksmax advice (similar to Umax or other rating apps but better since I trained the model instead of using openai's shitty models)

7. "Chad Market" Sell your rating expertise (Idea)
What if you could pay a trusted rater to rate your entire profile (5-10 photos) and write a 500 word analysis?- Top leaderboard users can set a price per analysis (e.g., 50 credits).
- Site takes 20% cut.
- You get paid for your knowledge basically
IMPORTANT
- No money is live yet except moderator payments (I pay those manually via PayPal, bitcoin, etc right now).
