Normally a user having bad account management is not enough to warrant a free pass to a new account, especially unauthorized and especially not after making several accounts knowing it's a bannable offense. I've actually already tried helping him out with this issue in the past and he just ignored my advice.

If you're having account issues, the best thing you can do is contact an Admin - they can change both your password and email address for you on your behalf. There's no need to keep making a shit ton of alts when the solution is very simple.

I'll share this in his appeals his appeals thread so he can see it as well.
