Free Nose Job?

Would I theoretically be able to purposely break my nose in any specific way, we have free healthcare so that’s not a problem that the doctor will rearrange my nose so it’s smaller, like my problem is the length and my nose bridge, both things you can’t really do a soft max for, so would it theoretically be possible?

Usually they just reconstruct your old nose, so its risky if you break it and then the surgeon says no to aesthetic extras.

Only free "nose job" you can get is fixing a droopy tip via free jaw surgery (upper jaw advancement)
