no you haven't, your barber doesn't know how to use scissors go pay 20$ and find a barber that knows how to layer hair, your eyebrows need to be fixed too

Shi I be paying 36 for this. I do agree that my eyebrows needa be fixed I usually do it myself but ive lost my tweezers. Ill go out and get a new pair tho. Any other things I could do?

Go get them done proffesionally by a male, he'll set the base for your eyebrows then you can use tweezers and work off it, then come back for surgery. you got a good base
