This story is old. A girl was into me. She pointed her finger at me from a distance to show her friend who she was into, and the friend seemed unimpressed.

The friend must have convinced her that I was not worth it because she was suddenly not into me anymore. She would not even look at my face when I saw her in the hallways.

Friends of girls can be a hurdle when they don't like you. They can either convince the girl to go after you or to give up on you. I hate their girly conversations that sabotage us guys who are just trying to be loved.

A nice tread. I gave a funny cue from my own experience.

One day I talk to a classmate of mine about her birthday party the week before. She spontaneously tells me that a girl present at the party, a friend of hers, had asked for me. I then give her my availability, whereupon she judges that it would not be possible and that I should leave her alone. I let the chat die .

@Madridista Have similar things happened to you or have you seen them happen?

That's a common female behavior that I despise! While friends have their importance in our lives, they should never interfere in our relationships. For example, if I had a girlfriend, I wouldn't care if my "friends" and even family members liked her, only my opinion is what matters, because I'm the one dating her, not them, the only thing that I care is that at least some mutual respect exist between both parties exist, with that in mind, it's none of their business who I date/fuck with.

Nope. Crazy story. Friends can be useful wingmen or massive cockblockers. In addition to impressing the girl we like, we have to impress their friends. So exhausting.

I've been 'cockblocked' several times and it's really frustrating, I've had a some of my female classmates randomly intrude. It must be because they knew my loser side

The thing is, women are more conformist than men. They are less individualistic, more prone to follow the trend, slave to social pressure, etc. So when their friends disapprove of the guy they're into, they feel pressured to give up on him in order to maintain their status.

Yes, but her friend still liked me, and she had confided this to a friend of mine. She never tried to block me, she just told me I was ugly.

Also: what is your relationship with males in these cases?

Have you ever had male friends or acquaintances who indirectly hindered you?

No, but a friend of mine was ashamed of me and he did not like my presence when there were girls around. He tried to convince me that certain girls were my type more than others, by which I could infer he was subtly telling me that I wasn't attractive enough to date the girls he had dated. Even though it was true, I think he could have been more open. He saw me as inferior. That happened in my early adolescence, by the way.

Low blow, I don't like these types of people. Things like that happened to me before high school, or the very early years. I asked because more than once 'friends' have slightly discredited me in certain contexts, i.e. they used to shunt me, fortunately never directly in front of girls. Also because they were hardly ever there. The same later told me that I had wasted more than a few opportunities (nt pill). I am already normally wary of people and abused dogs, so I was a bit hurt.

Wish I could have had you as a friend in high school so at least we had each other to relate to.

Also, I don't want to come across as a poor boy, because, indeed, I had no problems then. So maybe you had more difficulties and I would be disrespectful.

P.S. Fuck France
