tbh for me I just started to let my hair air-dry itself (walk around with wet hair until its dry) and stopped noticing any frizzyness

Apply the conditioner to the end of ur hair
Let it airdry and dont use texturizing products if u want to avoid frizz
Put argan oil if you want to

Put an oil product (argan and linen worked best for me) on your length after washing your hair, than let 'em airdry.
You can texture them after that

stop using shampoo. get a water softener / shower filter. if you live by the sea go for morning swims. dont dry your hair with a towel.
