You can add around 5cm to your height at home and you don't need to spend 20$ on insoles that will be uncomfortable.

All you need is a pair of thick winter gloves like below. Then fold them, and put them in your shoes where your heel will be. This will add around 3cm, then assuming you are wearing Air forces or thick sole shoe that will add 2cm, you will be a total of 5 extra cm.

i believe my $4.99 insoles are more comfortable than shoving and folding a god damn winter glove in my shoe

I did something like this with undersized tank tops. Useful looksmax.
