I like pale skin, it’s attractive because it’s healthy
But what about dyed hairs like purple, or dark black? Why am I attracted to that?
Or tattoos, I find it attractive.

Most humans favourite colour is blue, why you ask, there is less associations with bad things to blue. It is also rare in nature so it looks exotic. For e.g. brown obviously has bad associations, and hence not many people like that colour. Heterochromia looks really cool, because it's exotic, and it rare, how rare you ask? It's really rare, coming in about 0.06% for complete heterochromia (meaning different colour in both eyes).

Humans tend to appreciate the uncommon, rare and exotic. That's why some unique looking gems go for so much, one e.g. is the opal, look it up, has some crazy colouring for a rock.
