3 inch lifts or more are basically stilts. You’ll get noticed right away.

Lifts should only be 2 inches max and that’s with high tops so you can look normal still.

I wear two inch lifts with Air Force 1s so three inches total and for me that where it makes a difference, also two years on going never been called out.

I wear sock lifts, so I don’t lose any height in frauding, that’s how I’ve never been caught pretty much.

I stack them with my Air Force 1s, so 3 inch gains, they are kinda unstable when u take off your shoes but you get the hang of it, they are soo good I brought them to the air port for my trip took off my shoes and security and everything nobody knew.
