I honestly dont think it would make any difference at all
Unless you're a shoe inspector then people just look at the shoe and if it looks normal
(non retarded and no noticeable stilt looking thing) then nobody gives it another thought

They feel horrendous to walk in.
The forward lean will immediately expose you.
