literal bullshit never using them again. all garbage literally losing over an inch in height just for marginally less facial bloat, which comes back the next day but the height doesn't fully recover for 3 days. going to just melt the fucking cheek fat off either by fat dissolving or some other way. only thing worth using is eplerenone while on test and even then it's not the best idea in the long run

spine vertebrae and joints hold water. losing 1 mm of vertical distance across each vertebrae = ~1 inch of height from spine alone. ive also measured

yes but diuretics reverse any minimal effect it has and more so u get fucked until u regain that water in ur joints

also dont use diuretics u fuck ur kidneys up for no reason. there is no reason to be ordering 300 maybe 50 is enough for special events for the next year assuming u go out once every weekend... even then there is no difference in facial leanness even on furo unless you are below 12% body fat and on cycle. if you aren't on cycle and look fat at <12% then you need to locally reduce it somehow

for me Rx diuretics are just not worth it as my main flaw fat wise is my cheek area, which i will treat a bit once i start using RF to improve my skin texture and hopefully mostly fixed with fat dissolvers w/ or w/o UC once i get down to 8-10% if necessary.

you can disagree maybe you think 15% and below benefit from debloating, but thinking anything more than that gets a noticeable aesthetic benefit is delusional or body dysmorphic

also it's not really about the pricing i wouldn't take lasix even if you paid me. for GH bloat nebivolol is better, and this post was specifically about HCTZ. also the reason they are so cheap is because they are faked or underdosed.
