Either way the career opportunities that come to u for being a low bf % male is insane. U do realize most guys dont consider even going on a weight cut from 0-20 years old. They just eat whatever they feel like, they do whatever they want. Only fat guys who usually became fat and let go off themselves because of negative reinforcement when they were still a good bf % (who are usually ugly), think about changing cutting weight.

Yes sure there are models like opry who can live life on easy mode cuz he has quite a big midface and tall face. However barrett had his career on the line cuz he went up like 2 or 3 bf% , he went too extreme with the starvemaxxing but still saved his career.

Dude every friday I would starvemax whole day or maybe just have an apple in the morning, furosemide, then go out with friends, by then i walked like 13k steps or some crazy shit, then finish off with a large pizza that i finish like 3/4 of at night. All of that - and i still end up in a calorie deficit jfl.

When im in a social envireonment last thing i think about is food.
