I tried being monk mode for a year and it was so incredibly boring , though it helped me maintain the gym as a hobby so now half of my looksmaxxing is already finished , its a good cope but you dont need to take it so seriously, just do whatever you feel like

i also tried monk mode and it made me even worse. before I was at least social with femoid friends and good brotherhood
during monk mode everyone thought I was weird , they said whats the point of money if u don't live happily (they were right)


money is good for food, good air-place, and high quality lifestyle that might help ur genes little bit but u don't need "monk mode' for that
