Minoxidil is not worth it anyways because having a beard when you have a baby face is already a bad idea.

I have noticed that beards only work well on older men or young men who look hyper masculine. For men like me, the clean shaven look is way better.

I've never heard of topical minox creating dark circles. Oral minox does--I tried it an after two days I looked like I hadn't slept in months. But topical on your scalp shouldn't do that.
