It's all automatic Bro. When i had the energies to do sparring i didn't have to actively try, It was Simply the only thing i could do. Now i don't have energies and even If i try i can't. Everything Is Just genetics, effort doesn't exist, if you feel you have to do something you Will Just do It effortlessly and it's the only thing you can do.
