I’m coping with starving but it’s not doing anything my metabolism is raped
Im starving as well, on Retatrutide with 10k steps every day and 30min cardio every other day. But its not fast enough :rage:

I’m not on anything but I might hop on something by next month Icl…

I’m starving and doing 10k steps everyday and nothing changed it’s been a fucking week, atleast I should have seen a little sign of progress but fuck being natty.

Real. Reta is the minimum Ill be using now and in future. Fuck being natty. BAM15 sounds sick as well, but its still overpriced as fuck. Its basically safer DNP and still being researched. Maybe Ill hop on Clen + T3 additional to the Reta

i borderline starvemaxxed for 4 months straight last year, my metabolism was giga-raped

and i didnt even ascend one bit due to shit bones :forcedsmile:

I’ve lost 12 pounds not much but I’m happy I’ve actually made progress, still look like shit tho

Its because you need to hit the magic number 15% body fat. From there and below real magic happens but you prob know this

Metabolism is underrated as fuck, you plateau after 2 weeks of starving unfortunately and will take yourself from cutting 1lbs of fat a week at 500 calorie deficit to losing 0.5lbs of fat a week on a 1k calorie deficit:hnghn:
