i heard there's surgery you can get if you have brown eyes that removes the brown color, because there's actually blue underneath brown eyes. but i don't know how legit it is.

Nobody has eyes that are really bright and blue though, usually there are only 2 colours of eyes: Blue and brown.

However, there are different types of brown and different types of blue. And depending onthe lighting, sometimes they can even change colours a bit. Mine are like that, sometimes they are more grey, other times they are more blue or more green but everyone that I meet tells me that I have blue eyes.
