I wouldn't call his browridge the failio. It's just unharmonious with his recessed/downward grown maxilla and mandible.

He basically has no forward growth.

my entire septum was deviated, my nose was basically laying 30deg tilted on my face, tip projection is greater now and nose looks decent from profile imo, but front symmetry is still dogshit and will hopefully still get better with less swelling

I think that his mandible is harmonious with his recessed maxilla. But his whole maxillomandibular complex (including nose) is not harmonious with the rest of his skull.

ok you are right I was exaggerating a lot. But you get what I mean right? About how if you had proper forward growth your brow ridge wouldn't be a problem it would actually be a halo. And also I was asking about your nose because I was wondering if maybe you had a more projected nose before, which imo would be more harmonious with your brow ridge from the side.

i mean i could probably literally shave off my ridge if i wanted to but it kinda looks look in some lighting circumstances imo, gives me super deep set eyes.

i will just work on my orbital support, maybe get tighter lower eyelids and hopefully look pretty decent
