Yeah i also had that phase. But i'm sure you can have normal conversations with people the way you speak here. Don't worry that much you're good.

Funny enough happens that with good and bad people, in fact i'd say with 99% of the population except maybe western girls that have been overprotected by society. Almost all get dissapointed with their expectations of the world because when we are kids they sell an image that is not realistic, although they do it because they love us also and out of good intention.

That's why when the most grounded people mature they just lower their expectations as the norm. You'll find that old people who are considered wise and whose word is respected tend to have that trait, and barely anything catches them by surprise. I guess it's a defense mechanism, but it's a very good one and prevents anxiety, depression and anger on the long run.
